The back grooving, laminate, and panel cutting line is fast and highly efficient, which is a large part of why we can produce a maximum of 80,000 square feet of flooring daily. Our flooring machinery is customized to increase production and improve the quality of our engineered wood floors.

We closely monitor the quality of the floors we produce. Each station gets tested and calibrated before a batch of flooring is processed. We meticulously inspect every batch of flooring before, during, and after each stage in the production process to ensure the engineered hardwood floors meet our standards for excellence.
